Store Policies

All items are handmade or hand dyed by Naima Bond.

Due to the nature of hand dyed yarn, your yarn skeins may have a few miniscule differences, and may differ very slightly from the pictured yarn. I do my best to take photos that best represent the actual colors of items.

For non-preorder items, please allow AT LEAST one week for processing. Most non preorder items will ship within 7 to 10 days after purchase.

For items marked, "Preorder" or special commissions, please allow AT LEAST 2 WEEKS for dyeing and processing.

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to me WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECIEVING THE ITEM/S at naimabond@gmail.com and I will either issue a refund or exchange the items, depending on the circumstances. 

When making returns, items must be in their original condition, unless the item came to you damaged.

YARN THAT HAS BEEN WOUND INTO BALLS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR YARN CLUBS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, CUSTOM OR PREORDER ITEMS. If an item is missing, or there is a problem with a subscription, club, custom or preorder item, please contact me at naimabond@gmail.com WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECIEVING YOUR ITEM/S and I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON SISTER ANANSE YARN SOLD IN RETAIL YARN SHOPS. Please contact the shop directly for exchanges or returns.
